Benefit Arrears adjustment did not pull into payroll
Description of Issue
Employee owed money to the employer through Benefit Arrears, but only the Employee Amount from Employee Deductions pulled into the payroll, not the full amount that they owe to the employer

Cause
For the outcome wanted, the incorrect repayment option was selected
Resolution
- Payroll > Payroll Setup > Deduction and Benefit Master
- Search and Accept on the deduction in question
- Click Update
- Click the yellow folder next to insufficiency
- Change the repayment option from Use benefit arrears repayment process which was not set up to Repay in any payroll where employee is paid
