Description of Issue

ET application running slowly.

Context
  • ExecuTime
  • ET
Cause

Heap size needs to be increased

Resolution
  1. Open the C:\{InstanceName}\ExecuTimeAS-10\bin\ExecuTimeApplication.bat file in Notepad ++
  2. change the heap size parameter from 2048 to 4096 and save the file.
  3. restart the ET service
