Unable to commit a database transaction, status: -255

Description of Issue

I ran the Import Meter Reading File program and received the following error: Unable to commit a database transaction, status: -255

Context

UBCIS

Utility Billing

Import Meter Reading File

Cause

The error is caused by a connectivity issue on the network

Resolution

The issue is resolved by either of the following options:

A. Closing the program, exiting the program and re-running the program and checking off the Re-Import Readings checkbox.

B . Exit Munis, Log back into Munis and run the program again checking off the Re-Import Readings checkbox.
