Email Notifications not being sent

Description of Issue

Employee would put in time off request but no email would be sent to the assigned Supervisor.

Cause

Resolution

To fix this issue one way to confirm if a email que if forming.

  1. Login to Time & Attendance
  2. Click System Admin
  3. Click UI Environment Flags
  4. Click Communication
  5. Email que will be in Bold Red letters and have a number value in the sentence.
