Description of Issue

When trying to save and approve a Trip it errors

There was an error in processing your transaction through Munis at this time.
Please context your system administrator as well as Transportation for any scheduling issues.
This trip has not been saved.

Cause

  • Trip was entered with incorrect date

  • Trip date conflicts with Enterprise ERP (powered by Munis) General Ledger Setting for 3rd party integration field selection for Posting year and period



Resolution

Review the trip to ensure it is entered correctly and resubmit
