Pay Code Settings Cached On Payroll Preview and Export

Description of Issue

If a pay code setting is changed after previewing or exporting payroll, and then the preview/export is ran again the data in the file or the data that is sent to payroll will not reflect the change made to the pay code.

Cause

Resolution

In order to preview and export your pay code change settings:

You will need to restart your Time & Attendance application services in order to clear the cached settings.

Additional Information

For example, if an export is performed that contains RG time, and then the pay code name is changed to REG and the export is performed again the pay code sent to payroll will still be "RG" until an application restart has been completed.
