Missouri Import City Tax Data for Annual does not Add or Update Customer

Description of Issue

Import City Tax Data when importing Annual Parcels where the Owner contains an Address, Name change, a new Customer record is not created and existing Customer records are not updated.

  • Parcels displays: Error selecting owner's confidential indicator for Customer ID: XXXXXX. Line: 5547. Additional Information concerning a status error of 100.
