Business License Receipts Entry Adjusted off the remaining Unpaid Balance

While entering a partial payment to a Receipt Entry bill, the remaining outstanding bill balance is being waived or adjusted off automatically.

Auto-Adjust functionality is enabled in BL Settings.

Within Business License Settings, there is a field called Auto-Adjust within the Tax tab. Once enabled, Receipt Entry will waive the remaining unpaid balance if within the Auto-Adjust threshold.
