TCM Full Client Launcher 400 Bad Request

Description of Issue

Attempting to download the TCM full client launcher results in a HTTP 400 Bad Request page error.

  2. Under Product Configurations>Tyler Content Manager select the environment

  3. Expand Tyler Content Manager>General:

    1. Application Name: Remove # from application name:

      1. Ex. Tyler Technologies #2 > Tyler Technologies 2

    2. Click Save

  4. Redeploy TCM
