Description of Issue

Why does PRJ detail show non-cash pay for warrants on the project string?

Why are warrant amounts not all represented on the PRJ detail?



Context

  • Payroll Journal (PRJ)

  • non-cash pay

  • Project Inquiry



Cause

Drill down incorrectly displaying non-cash pay when only cash pay that match PRJ detail should display for warrant



Resolution

  • Contact Financials General Ledger Support and have them link case to open development work ticket MUN-470602

  • Site will be notified once work ticket is avaialble for code update

  • Load code once available and confirm this is no longer an issue

    • If issue remains log a new case with support referencing the new case
