Next Year Current Year Budget Analysis Report shows the same function code twice for budget rollup

• Duplicate function lines are showing in Next Year Budget Report when run to show Rollup Code and Function.

• Budget report shows two separate lines for same function.

Next Year Budget Report

Reset the rollup code by temporarily changing to another code.

1. Add a new rollup code in Chart Manager that your site would not normally use, like 999.

2. In Account Master, Search for the rollup code with the issue.

3. Click Global Update to temporarily change the rollup code to 999, then change back to the original rollup code.

4.  Refresh or re-open Next Year Budget Entry before re-running.
