  • Duplicate. Search for the employee's base pay record in Employee Job/Salary. Click Duplicate. Enter the new Effective Date. Click Accept.
    • Then search for the employee's longevity pay and Update the longevity date if needed.
  • Recalc.  Search for the longevity pay type in Employee Job/Salary. Click Recalc in the toolbar. Check box for Change Longevity Pay Dates. Enter the New Longevity Date. Click Accept.
  • Posting the change when running the Longevity and Experience Report (Human Resources>Employee Job/Pay Classification>Longevity and Experience Report).
  • Running an Employee Pay Import in Employee Import (Payroll>Employee Maintenance>Employee Import).
