Password Requirements for Munis User Accounts

Looking for information regarding password requirements for Munis user passwords.

Are certain characters required or not allowed?

Do we need upper case, lower case, and a number?

Is there a minimum and/or a maximum length for the password?

Our programs now utilize Okta, or TID-W, which allows users to sign in directly based off of any Active Directory or Azure account information they may have.

The password requirements outlined by the organization would be the only related requirements for passwords. For questions, reach out to the your sites IT Department for assistance.

Outside of Tyler ID Community, TID-C, password requirements, there are no munis specific password requirements. TID-C is for VSS/CSS.
