Description of Issue

  • ReadyForms Delivery Definitions still exist but are showing up as blank pages in Munis.

  • ReadyForms Delivery Definition Configuration program in Munis is missing all delivery definitions, including the demos.

  • ReadyForms templates not appearing when setting up Delivery Definition

  • No templates visible in ReadyForms Delivery Definition

Cause

Munis is no longer able to successfully communicate with ReadyForms, or an incorrect ReadyForms URL is set in Munis configurations.



Resolution

  1. Attempt to browse to Forms Administration page to verify if the Forms website is operational

    1. Launch Enterprise Forms Administration from Hub menu, or browse to URL (ex: https://tylertown.com/prod/readyforms/administration)

    2. How to find Enterprise Forms URLs

  2. If you receive an SSL error, follow Update SSL Certificate in IIS

  3. If you receive another error with the Forms Administration URL and are unable to resolve, please contact Tyler Systems Management Support or log a case via the Online Support Client Portal

  4. If the Administration site is working, verify what the Forms endpoint URL is set to in the Enterprise ERP environment 

    1. With an administrator account, open Diagnostic Utility and Run-Time Information (System Administration > General Administration > Diagnostic Utility and Run-Time Information)

    2. Click the Server tab

    3. Scroll down to the bottom to locate TYLERFORMS_URL

      1. Example URL: https://tylertown.com/prod/readyforms/api

  5. If the URL formatting does not align with the Forms Administration URL, please contact Tyler Systems Management Support or log a case via the Online Support Client Portal
