The ReadyForms API endpoint is using an expired SSL Certificate, or the virtual directories are not configured as applications within IIS. 

SaaS Clients:

• Contact TSM SaaS for resolution

OnPrem Clients:

• Update certificate on ReadyForms server (typically on the Infrastructure server): Update SSL Certificate in IIS
