Description of Issue

Blinking error after upgrading Readyforms sequence contains no matching element



Context

  • Tyler Deploy

  • ReadyForms



Cause

The readyforms role is missing in Tyler Deploy



Resolution

  1. Go to Tyler Deploy - https://tylerdeploy.com/

  2. Scroll down to the bottom find the server with ReadyForms

  3. Click Configure

  4. Select ReadyForms

  5. Verify that both roles are selected

    1. If ReadyForms is not selected

    2. Check it off and click Save and Close

    3. Redeploy ReadyForms
