Ran the Account Trial Balance Report and the output looks different than expected

There are two versions of the Account Trial Balance on the Enterprise ERP Menu the Account Trial Balance and the Account Trial Balance Report, user was running the other version than expected.

1. The Genero Account Trial Balance:

   1. General Ledger Menu> Journal Entry/History> Account Trial Balance

   2. How to run Account Trial Balance

2. The SSRS Account Trial Balance:

   1. General Ledger Menu > Inquiry and Reports > Account Trial Balance Report

   2. How to run the Account Trial Balance Report

      1. Define required report options

      2. Show Detail

      3. Year

      4. Starting Period

      5. Ending Period

      6. If the option Filter 1 is defined as anything other than No Selection then filter 1 value field must be defined or it will filter out all results

      7. Complete rest of report option fields ensuring all fields are populated as needed

      8. View Report
