User is running the Account Trial Balance program and needs instructions

Cause

Site needs to confirm beginning balance, debit, credit, net change and ending balances for fund accounts

Resolution

Here are the steps to run an Account Trial Balance report.

General Ledger Menu> Journal Entry/History> Account Trial Balance

  1. Click Search and enter criteria or leave blank for all accounts

  2. Accept

  3. Click Report Options and select criteria

  4. Accept

  5. There are 2 ways to run the report: In the B)alance sheet or (A)ll accounts place an A for all accounts or a B for all balance sheet accounts

  6. Accept

  7. Select PDF or other output method.
