User wants to mass update the Utility Billing Customer Delivery Method

Instructional 

Navigate to Property Revenue > Utility Billing > Special Processing > Critical Processes > Mass Update/Create SO

1. Click Define. 

2. Click Update account/service/customer in the Processing option section. 

3. Fill in the account or services selection criteria for the desired customers to be updated.

4. In the Update/export option section, click Update UB Customers.

5. Select the Delivery Method you want to update the accounts to. Click Accept.

6. Click Select.

7. Click Flag.

8. Check off the UB customers you want updated. Click Accept.

9. Click Process.
