Condensed view prevents timecards with multiple approval steps from being fully approved

Cause

Resolution

The workaround is use the full timecard detail instead of condensed when approving the timecard.

The following option can also be turned on globally:

  1. Navigate to System Admin

  2. Select UI Environment Flags → UI

  3. Scroll down and select the drop-down for Default Time Card View → Select Full Detail

  4. Select Save
