Set up EFT ReadyForms delivery definition to email Vendors

The first Step is to make sure the Template is set up correctly: Create AP EFT Template to email advices

Navigate to System Administration > Printer / Device Administration > ReadyForms > Delivery Definitions

1. Click Search to locate a delivery definition, or Add to create a new one(enter name of definition ex. EFT email Advice)

2. Click Accept

3. Under the Steps heading, click Add

4. In the Name field, under the Step Details heading, enter a name for the step (ex. 'Email Advice')

5. Under the Templates tab, check the box of the form template to be used for EFT advices that was setup (normally a PDF template)

6. Scroll down and check the Email checkbox

7. Select Vendor email from the Send email to dropdown (the To Email Address will then default to the email on the Vendor record)

8. In the From Email Address field, enter the address of your organization, as you would like it to appear in the vendor email(needs to be a valid email address that can send and receive emails on the clients email server)

9. You may choose to enter a Subject and/or Message

10. Click Accept

To test emails from a non_prod environment we recommend to sent to a static email address: Send Email To Options ReadyForms Email Delivery Definition
