How to disable System Department Codes

How do I inactivate a purchasing department code?

• Munis

• System Administration

• Purchasing

User wants to disable a Purchasing Department Code that should not have been activated.

1. Navigate to System Administration > General Administration > System Department Codes

2. Click Search and enter the Department Code you are looking for

3. Click on the Purchasing folder

4. Click Update

5. De-select the Active checkbox

6. Click Accept
