Description of Issue

Nothing happens when clicking the ReadyForms Administration link from the Tyler Menu in Hub



Context

Cause

Incorrect or missing ReadyForms Application or Endpoint link in Hub External Systems - As of Hub 2020.1 ReadyForms will not launch from the menu if external system setting includes "administration/"



Resolution

  1. Open Hub Administration

    1. Click the gear (Settings) on the bottom left

    2. Click Administration

  2. Click External Systems

  3. Click ReadyForms

  4. Confirm the Application Url does NOT include "administration/" - https://<fqdn>/<application>/readyforms/

  5. Confirm the Endpoint Technology is set to Rest

  6. Confirm the Base URL is correct and does not include "administration/" - https://<fqdn>/<application>/readyforms/



Additional Information

Menu now shows ReadyForms > ReadyForms Administration
