Enterprise Forms Administration Missing from Tyler Menu Hub Card

Enterprise Forms Administration module is missing from the Tyler Menu Hub Card. 

• Tyler Menu

• Hub

• Enterprise Forms

• ReadyForms

The Forms menu option has not been selected for the Tyler Menu card

1. On the Tyler Menu Hub card click the ellipses in the right corner

2. Click Edit

3. Click Selected Menus 

4. In the dropdown scroll down and check Forms

   1. Note: If the Forms option is not available, review this: Enterprise Forms not launching from menu in Hub 2020.1

5. Click Save
