Unable to Edit or Import Templates

Description of Issue
  • Cannot edit, delete or create Enterprise Forms Templates.
  • Forms Template is not a Custom Template but I am not able to update or edit the template.
  • Need to import template to Enterprise Forms Administrations
  • Do not have Import Template button in Enterprise Forms Administration
  • Import Template button is missing

Cause

Permissions may need to be added or adjusted to the assigned role within the Enterprise Forms Administration page.

Resolution

First, verify that the form template is a Standard Template or a Custom Template: Difference between Standard and Custom Enterprise Forms

If the template is a Custom Template and needs changes, please follow these instructions: Request for Service ReadyForms Custom Template

Only Standard Templates can be edited or modified within Enterprise Forms Template Configuration. If the Template is a Standard Template, have an administrator follow the instructions below:

  1. Launch Tyler Hub
  2. Open the Tyler Menu from the left-hand menu options in Tyler Hub to use the pop-out Tyler Menu for full Tyler Menu options
  3. Scroll to the bottom under Forms > Enterprise Form Administration
  4. Click on System Administration at the bottom of the left-hand menu
  5. Select the user that has editing access issues
  6. Check roles associated with the user
  7. Click the Roles tab at the top and click the specific assigned role and Update
  8. Make sure the correct check box options are marked with the gold selection marker
  9. Click Save
  10. Have the affected user sign out of Munis and close all browser windows. They will be able to import when they sign in again.
