Description of Issue

User wants to copy current job data to a new job code with a new G/L Account, but receives the error All segments are populated and resulting account is invalid.

Context
  • Enterprise ERP

  • Job Class Master

  • Account Master

Cause

A record for the account does not exist in Account Master.

Resolution
  1. Navigate to Account Master

    1. EERP > Financials > General Ledger Menu > Set Up/Chart of Accounts > Account Master

  2. Add a new G/L Account

    1. Account Master - Add new GL Account
