Resolution

NOTE: Printing to pdf can be done from multiple places in Enterprise ERP, this is just one example

  1. Open your browser and navigate to Tyler Hub

  2. Sign in with a user that has admin access

  3. In the Tyler Menu, navigate to System Administration > Printer/Device Administration > Printer Definitions

  4. Press CTRL + B to bring up a list of printers.

  5. Press CTRL + P to display the output list

  6. Choose PDF to display the list as a PDF

  7. Click OK

    1. NOTE: If your browser is configured to block pop-ups by default, printing to PDF will also be blocked.
      If you follow these steps and the printing becomes blocked, you should be prompted to make an exception for EERP. You can then repeat steps 5-7 and it should print as normal.
