Description of Issue

Need database view that contains text in comment field in Property Master Restrictions program

Context

  • Enterprise ERP version 2019 and above

  • SSRS reports

  • SaaS clients

  • OnPrem clients

  • Property Master Restrictions

Cause

Need database view to build custom SSRS report

Resolution

To view this field in Enterprise ERP, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Enterprise ERP Menu > Property Revenue > Central Property > Central Property Processing > Property Master

  2. Search for a property based on its parcel number and click on Restrictions folder at the bottom to open Property Master Restrictions program and view comment for each restriction.

This column in available through TRS view pi_prop_restrictions under the column pr_text.
