Salary and Benefit Projections-Reference Salaries incorrect for teachers

When posting the Salary and Benefit Projection to the Budget, the Reference Salaries for employees who are paid based on the school year are incorrect. These employees are not paid over the summer. The Reference Salary should only be posted for their new rate which starts after the start of the Projection, but it has prorated for both base pay records.

Teachers Start Date was not defined correctly when running the Salary Calculate.

1. Navigate Payroll>Salary and Benefit Projections>Projection Start and Status.

2. Search for Projection Run. 

3. Click Accept.

4. Click Change.

5. Click Salary Calculate.

6. Click Yes to prompt confirming correct Projection.

7. Click Search and Accept.

8. Click Calc-Post.

9. Enter Teachers Start Date. Hit ENTER.

10. Choose All Records for Posting Selection and click OK.

11. Click PDF and OK.

12. Review Proof for accuracy.

13. Return to Salary Calculate screen.

14. Prompt will show: Do you want to proceed with update? 

    1. Click Yes to post the changes.

    2. Click No to cancel the process.
