Payments Report Excel Batch Summary Output Option Returns Error

Description of Issue

When choosing the Batch Summary Excel export output type in the Payments Report the error spoffice_officeExport: A valid, populated column array is required. is received even if the Define was successful.

  • Payments Report (arpstpmt)

  • Excel

Cause

The Print batch summary checkbox was left un-checked during the Define, preventing Batch Summary from being a valid Excel Output type. 

Resolution

Re-Define the report, and check the box for Print batch summary in the Batch Report section.
