Description of Issue

User is not able to increase PO line on PO Change Order. Getting an error: Journal information could not be stored for this change

Context

Munis EERP

Purchase Order Change Order

Cause

Server or PO locks

Resolution

  1. Clear all browser cache and cookies

  2. Delete any open Purchase Order Locks in the Open Purchase Order Locks

  3. Log out and back into Munis EERP

  4. Re-try the change order in the Purchase Order Change Order program
