Exemptions not displaying on Preliminary Commitment Book

Description of Issue

Tax Exemptions are not listed on the Preliminary Commitment Book.

Context
  • Property Tax Billing
  • MA Tax 
  • NH Tax
  • Preliminary Commitment Book (txprecom)
  • Create Preliminary Taxes (txmkprlm)
Cause
The Tax Update step was missed in the Create Preliminary Taxes program or Create Preliminary Taxes was skipped altogether. 
Resolution
  1. Navigate to the Create Preliminary Taxes program by searching or via the following path: Property Revenues > Property Tax Billing > Region > State > Assessor Processing and Reports > Preliminary Taxes > Create Preliminary Taxes
  2. Click Tax Update.
  3. The Charges Updated at the bottom of the screen should begin counting up. 
  4. When the Tax Update finishes, re-run a non-final Commitment Book. The Exemptions should be listed.
