No option to modify requesting department accounts in GL Distribution Codes

Description of Issue

In the GL Distribution Codes program, the only option on the ribbon is for servicing department accounts.  How are requesting department accounts maintained?

Context

  • Enterprise Asset Management

  • EAM

Cause

User had Work Orders data access permissions for maintenance/view access by requesting department set to None which hid the Req Dept Accts button

Resolution

  1. In the Work Orders role for the user, set Maintenance/View access by requesting department to Limited or Full

  2. Reopen the General Ledger Distribution Codes program and use the Req Dept Accts button
