Would like to know required access and steps to update home page message

The home page message can only be updated by a CSS administrator. To grant a user CSS admin privileges:

1. Within the hosting site for CSS/VSS, under Authentication Configuration, below the Tyler Identity Administrator heading, enter the email address of the user to be granted CSS administration privileges

2. Click Set Admin Account

The home page message can be updated in CSS when logged in as an admin:

1. Administration > Citizen Administration > Application

2. Enter desired message in the Home Page Message field

3. Scroll down and click Update to save changes
