Description of Issue

GIS URL (example:  https://utility.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/Geometry/GeometryServer) opens to a page with strange characters instead of the ArcGIS REST Services Directory page

Incorrect capitalization of arcgis segment in URL

Resolution

Update the GIS URL to set the ArcGIS segment to all lowercase (example:  https://utility.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/Geometry/GeometryServer)
