How to report on Capital Asset purchasing sources

Description of Issue

Is there a way to select and print Capital Asset inquiry data under the tabs Financial > Sources > Purchasing?

Resolution

  • In Capital Asset Inquiry, clicking Excel will generate a report that includes only the first line of the purchasing source information.  If multiple lines exist, the others will not be included.

  • Use the Munis Data Dictionary Inquiry program (Enterprise ERP > System Administration > Report Writer > Munis Data Dictionary Inquiry) to create a custom report for asset purchase order information using the fa_po_header name
