Can We Have Multiple Image Cash Letters
Can We Have Multiple Image Cash Letters
Description of Issue
We have Eden and Enterprise ERP payment types and accounts, so would like to have separate Image Cash Letters (ICL) in Cashiering for each of those instances.
Context
- Cashiering 2021.10+
- Image Cash Letter (ICL)
- Enterprise ERP
- Eden
Cause
A single Cashiering batch would be linked to a single deposit account, so you could have batches just for Eden and EERP payments to separate them out (having separate deposit accounts for Eden and EERP batches).
Resolution
- When creating an ICL file from Cashiering you can filter the records that are selected using the below options:
- In Cashiering, click on Image Cash Letter
- Under Filters > Deposit account, use the Drop Down option to select the appropriate account
- Under Filters > Date time range, select the appropriate Start time and End time dates using the calendar icon
- Click Search
Contact Tyler Systems Management Support or submit a case via the Online Support Client Portal for additional assistance.
