EAM performance issues with work orders that are left open for long periods of time

  Could not insert equipment detail record ( -691 ).

Work orders were left open for long periods of time and accumulated so much detail that they started to bog down the performance

Best practice is to close work orders at least every year (or more often if they accumulate data more quickly and performance issues start to be seen) and create new ones
