Project Not Appearing In The Project Dropdown List On the Extended Job Costing Report

There are only a few Projects listed in the Project dropdown list on the Extended Job Costing Report. How come I cannot see the two I need to see?Â

Extended Job Costing ReportÂ
The Projects both had security listed on the Project code that was stopping the user from seeing the Project code in the drop down.Â
Either remove the security so it is available to everyone or add the user in question to the security that needs access to this Project.Â
How to remove security from a Project code:Â
Navigate to System AdminÂ
Select Job CostingÂ
Select Project
Select the pencil for the Project in questionÂ
Select the trashcan next to the access rule that is needing to be removedÂ
Select SaveÂ
How to add a user to the security on the Project code:
Navigate to System AdminÂ
Select Job CostingÂ
Select Project
Select the pencil for the Project in questionÂ
Click the Access Rules applied boxÂ
Select + to add a new rule
Select the appropriate Location, Organization type, or Employee that needs access to this locationÂ
Select SaveÂ
