Supervisors Have Incorrect Workflow Access

Why are some Supervisor able to approve each others time? 

• System Admin

• Workflow Management 

• Time Approvals 

• Workflow Criteria 

The Supervisors were on each others Workflow Criteria causing them to have access to approve each others Timecards.  

To correct the workflow profile for Time Approval:

1. Select System Admin

2. Select Workflow Management

3. Under Time Approval, select Primary Approvers icon

4. Select the Criteria Filter for the supervisor in question

5. Select delete for the incorrect Location/Org Unit selection

   1. If multiple Location/Org Unit are selected on the same line, select the pencil to edit that line

   2. Use the Location/Org Unit drop down to uncheck the box for the incorrect area

   3. Select the checkmark to save

6. Select Done
