How to Review Hours For An Inactive Employee

Description of Issue

Is there a way to pull the hours worked for a specific day/week for an employee who is no longer active?

Context
  • Time Card 

  • Inactive Employee 

Cause

Informational- Advised the client to run the Timecard Report for that date and to check Include Terminated Employees box on the parameters. 

Resolution

You can follow the steps below to run the Time Card Report to include terminated employees:

  1. Select Reporting 

  2. Select Time Card Report 

  3. Apply the appropriate parameters 

  4. Select the include Terminated Employees box

  5. Select Run Report
