How do I access MapLink?

Cause


Resolution

  1. The MapLink URL can be found in Munis by navigating to Tyler Menu > System Administration > General Administration > GIS Configuration under Configurations tab.

    1. EX: https://cityoftylermamunisapp.tylerhost.net/xxxxenv/munis/maplink

  2. Note: Systems Administration access is required

Additional Information

Munis will ask for datacenter credentials when accessing the MapLink URL.  The datacenter credentials for a user can be found in Cloud Admin.
