How To Check A Timecards Status

Description of Issue

How do I know if the time I set to processed is actually in a processed status?

Resolution

To know the status of a Timecard you will want to follow the steps below: 

  1. Filter the Employee in question 

  2. Select Time Card Inquiry 

  3. Select the Pay Period in question 

  4. Hover over one of the (info) icons on the Timecard

  5. Notice that the status of the Timecard appears 

Additional Information

You can hover over each of the (info) icons for each entry to know the status of every entry on the Timecard. This is also available on the Time Approvals screen.
