Job costing splits that are fully approved and then edited cannot always be successfully approved at the employee level

Job costing splits that are fully approved and then edited cannot always be successfully approved at the employee level. Performing the employee level approval will refresh the page, but not update the approval status of the newly added split. Additionally, it will let the supervisor approve the split even though the application is not showing that the split has been approved at the employee level.
