Description of Issue

User is trying to add Employees Time in Multiple Detail Grid in Time Entry and Quantity field is greyed out unable to check the check box

  • Payroll

  • Payroll Processing

  • Time Entry

  • Time Entry Batch

Cause

Resolution

  1. Go To Time Entry (Payroll> Payroll Processing> Time Entry)

  2. Navigate to the applicable Batch. 

  3. Click Resume.

  4. Check the check box Multiple Detail 

  5. Click OK

  6. Right Click on column headers under Multiple Detail Details Section

  7. Click Reset Settings
