Unable to add an activity or attachments in claims master

Description of Issue

Upon adding a new entry in Claims Master, when using the Activity button in the top banner, user receives error No data available. The Search option was not used or it returned no data.

Resolution
  • The workaround is to back out of the program and go back in and the records will then show

  • EERP versions 2019.1 and 2021.7 are being reviewed by Development under work ticket MUN-461675
