Send login information to user is greyed out in Employee Self Service

In ESS, site cannot select the Send login information to user option under the user's account. It is greyed out.

The setting to Allow user credentials to be sent over email (includes password information) is not selected. 

1. Navigate to ESS 

2. Log in with administrative credentials

3. Click General Administration 

4. Click Settings

5. Check the box for Allow user credentials to be sent over email (includes password information)

6. Click Save
