How to change PR template header name in Enterprise Forms Administration

Already has a PR check template and needs to make a PR check Advice template in ReadyForms.

Need a PR check Direct Deposit Advice template.

To create a new Template for PR Advice:

1. Open the Tyler Menu.
2. Navigate to Enterprise Forms Administration (ReadyForms)
3. Navigate to Payroll > Payroll Check
4. On the left hand side of the PR Check template, click Duplicate
   1. Recommended name for template is PR ADVICE
5. Click Copy.

To change the check header name:

1. 1. Navigate to the Forms Design tab
   2. Click on Check.
      1. In Stub Header Type the desired name. Example: Employee Direct Deposit Advice
   3. Toggle on Document is a Copy
   4. Press Save Button.
