Errors occurred when saving the Final Preliminary Commitment Book

When saving the Final Preliminary Commitment Book the process fails with the message: Errors occurred. Please check the error log for details. The bottom left corner of the screen reads Updating txrelegl. in red text and the process does not finish.

A known cause of this issue is closing the Commitment Book program before a reversal is complete. The Final Commitment Book updates the tax records with bill numbers. It is likely that updating one of these tables is erroring due to the table already having bill numbers.
