ESR requests are not closing due to an open work orderÂ

Enterprise Service RequestsÂ
ESRÂ
Enterprise Asset ManagementÂ
EAMÂ
Cause
The work order that was created from the ESR request is still openÂ
Resolution
Navigate to Work Order Management (Enterprise ERP > Asset Maintenance > Work Orders > Work Order Management)
Search for the work orderÂ
From the menu ribbon, click Complete
Once the work order is complete and all tasks on the requests are complete or canceled, the request will be closed
